11 Tamil civilians from the non-liberated Paranthan area, Kilinochchi, sought protection with security forces at Poonar in Pooneryn today (Nov 16) around 6 a.m.

The civilians including six females and 5 males have arrived at Poonar via sea route in a dinghy, Jaffna security sources said.
