The targeted LTTE location at west of Puthukkudiyiruppu in Mullaittivu had been identified as a LTTE's arms storage following a precise air surveillances and intelligence information gathered for a long period of time, air force sources said. The air sorties were carried out at 1.30 p.m and the pilots confirmed that the air raid was successful.
