SLAF fighter jets raided a sea tiger coordinating facility today (March 22) located North West of Puthukkudiyiruppu in Mullaittiuvu, security sources said.

The air raid was conducted at around 2.10 p.m., based on 'Intel' reports gained through electronic emission and air surveillance information, said Air Force Spokesperson Group Captain Andrew Wijesooriya.

The air attack comes within hours of a similar raid by the air force at a sea tiger base North of Nayaru lagoon.
