Former
Minister Mangala Samaraweera’s mother Mrs.Kema
Samaraweera passed away at a private hospital
after a prolonged illness.She was wife of late minister
Mahanama Samaraweera.
She was 79 at the time of her death.She was also a member
of the Matara Urban Council in 1950 as well as from 1990-1997.
The funeral will be held at 3.00 p.m. on Mar. 24th in
Matara.
