Sri Lanka Air Force supersonic fighter jets raided a sea tiger base located in general area Nayaru in Mulaithiuvu this afternoon, June 9.

Air Force spokesperson, Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara, speaking to the defence.lk said that air sorties were launched around 3.20 p.m. The targeted sea tiger base was located 4Km north of Nayaru, he said.

The target was accurately hit, spokesperson further said.
