SLAF fighter jets launched precision air sorties at an identified LTTE bunker line, Saturday (July 12) located 3.5 km, south of Thunukkai in Mullaittivu, at around 7a.m.

"A bulldozer was confirmed destroyed and few other heavy machinery damaged in the air raid, Spokesperson Wing Commander Janaka Nanayakkara said citing fighter pilots.

According to defence sources, terrorists were undergoing heavy construction work in the site at the time of attack.
