Sri Lanka Muslim Congress leader Rauff Hakeem who resigned his parliamentary seats in April to contest the Eastern Province Provincial Council election was again sworn in as a parliamentarian this time from the United National Party national list today (10).

Mr. Hakeem contested the Eastern Provincial Council Elections under the Elephant symbol of the United National Party.
