'Lanka-e-News' learns that the LTTE team that is roaming
in Yala and Buththala jungles engaging in terrorist activities
consists of 40 cadres.
The
team led by Ram and Nagulan includes four woman cadres
as well.
It
is reported that a Toyota Dolphin van that arrives in
52nd Mile Post area on Buththala - Katharagama highway
supplies food to the team and a LTTE cadre named Ambukumaran
who can speak Sinhala very well is handling it.
The
following list of weapons are reported being possessed
by the LTTE team.
Snipers

RPG launchers - 92
81mm mortars - 01

HS radio communicators - 01
