The Russian delegation comprising the officials of Russian Ministry of Defence met the defence secretary Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Ministry of Defence premises in Colombo yesterday, December 18.

The delegation headed by Colonel General Vladimir Moltenskoy, the deputy of the Commander in Chief of the Ground Forces in Russia.
