Deputy Minister and M.P Mervin Silva surrenderd to the police this morning through his lawyers and was released on personal bail.

On Tuesday, court ordered the Inspector General of Police to arrest the deputy minister over an incident that took place at the opening of the Kelaniya Flyover involving an altercation with media personnel.
