Sri Lanka's emergence as a finalist in this years ICC World Cup has been attributed to their fearsome pace attack with Vaas, Fernando and Malinga joining the ever reliable Murali to make one of the best bowling combinations world cricket has seen for many a year. Ruchira Perera and Prabath Nissanka are two other pacemen who have been guests of the Sri Lanka Cricket Foundation of Victoria when they visited Melbourne for surgery under Dr. David Young. They have all recovered so well to spearhead Sri Lanka's awesome bowling attack – now spoken of more than their batting capabilities of years gone by.
Bring on the Aussies in the final and watch them bite the dust against this all-conquering Sri Lankan team.
